Maxine Nelson established Till Mint Bakery in 2009, and designs unique cakes and cupcakes for weddings, celebrations and more. This blog is her own platform to express her thoughts, ideas and experiences with customers and cake lovers worldwide.

Tilly Mint Bakery is based in Truro, Cornwall and provides bespoke handcrafted cakes for every occasion. We have always been known for our quirky designs (it is often said that no-one comes to us for a traditional cake!) but we do cater for all tastes and as every event is unique we rarely do the same design twice! We also have La Creperie (on New Bridge Street) providing food and a fresh range of our creative cupcakes daily.
